This week, my sister and I decided to try something new. We learned how to crochet. We went to Hobby Lobby and bought some hooks and some yarn and watched tutorials online. THIS is the one I used. I couldn't believe how easy it was to get started! I made a little dish towel. It didn't turn out that well, so I had my crocheting friend look at it and tell me what I was doing wrong. I was actually putting two stitches on one chain, causing it to make a diagonal pattern. Oh well. I am definitely going to try again and I will show more of my projects when I finally get the hang of it.
